Barry McKay Consulting (BMC) was founded in the year 2000 with a vision to become a leading end-to-end IT support provider for organizations of all sizes and types. Our mission is to enable clients to conduct, expand and simplify their operations by providing tailored, reliable, and affordable end-to-end IT, including network support services, procurement, business development, web development and hosting. 

The company values of customer service, reliability and quality are deeply engrained in our company culture. Our focus on building long-term relationships between our staff and our clients, rather than on sales, has helped expand our client base, increased retention rates and expanded our reach to serve all industries. Today, we service over 350 clients with nearly 25% of them not-for-profits and 10% in health care. In addition, 98% of our clients have come to us by referral. 

We pride ourselves in our timeliness with response to email and phone requests. We triage issues with the requesting party to ensure proper assessment of the situation and appropriate on-site or remote response times and the expected time of resolution. At BMC, our track record of maintaining a high level of customer engagement by remote and in-person meetings, email and phone calls has allowed us to retain 99% of our clients year over year, on average, for the past 20 years.
